We offer a wide range of rental properties, from one-bedroom flats to larger homes. Listings are always up-to-date on our website, or you can call our office for the latest availability. If you’re interested, we can quickly arrange a viewing and process your application.
Referencing is done through Let Alliance or Lettings in a Box. Upon approval, move-in can usually be arranged within a week. Tenancies typically start with a six-month term and continue monthly thereafter. Please note, most properties are no-pet, no-smoking homes. We conduct property inspections every six months, and our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5 PM. Contact us today to find your ideal rental.
Permitted Payments
- Holding Deposit: One week’s rent to reserve a property.
- Security Deposit: Five weeks’ rent for tenancies under £50,000/year, covering any damages or defaults.
- Unpaid Rent: Interest at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate if over 14 days in arrears.
- Lost Key/Device: Charged at replacement cost, plus £15/hour if additional work is required.
- Contract Variation: £50 for adjustments, such as adding/removing tenant names.
- Change of Sharer: £50 or actual costs, for referencing and contract preparation.
- Early Termination: Tenant covers the landlord’s re-letting costs and any outstanding rent until a replacement tenancy begins.
Our Client Money Protection is provided by Propertymark (Scheme Ref C0138521), and we are members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (T10097). Deposits are secured with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
For Landlords
- Tenant Find Only: 50% of one month’s rent
- Fully Managed: 10% of the monthly rent, with a setup fee of £200
